Eksplorator – Privacy Policy

Eksplorator app stores the following user data:

Email address
Password (securely encrypted)
User ID

When users add urbex locations, the following data is stored:

Urbex name (provided by the user)
Urbex description (provided by the user)
City of urbex location (provided by the user)
Photo of the urbex (uploaded by the user)

All urbex locations added by users remain permanently in the database, even if the user account is deleted. We do not share this data with third parties.

Your data is securely stored using Firebase and Google Cloud services. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so in the app settings. However, urbex locations you added will remain visible in the app.

Prohibited Content & Policy Enforcement

Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that includes:

Profanity, obscene, or sexually explicit language.
Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or any content promoting violence.
False, misleading, or defamatory statements.
Any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of this application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference.

5. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting any content that includes:

Failure to comply may result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Internet Connection Requirement

This app requires an active internet connection. Authentication, data syncing, and content loading will not work without internet.

9. Intellectual Property

This application is the intellectual property of Patryk Neubauer. Unauthorized replication or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. User-generated content remains property of the creator, but the core app framework is protected under copyright law.
